Kristina Calvey
Kristina
Kristina Calvey was born and raised in the neighborhood of Washington Heights in New York City. She received her BS in Psychology from Pace University and has Masters in Transpersonal Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy.
At Legacy Heights, she helps individuals, couples, and families move through life’s transitions with clarity, compassion, and connection.
Whether someone is facing a major shift—like divorce, parenting changes, or personal identity work, Kristina creates a space where people feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.
Her work blends therapy, coaching, and lived experience to help people not just heal, but grow. Because healing doesn’t stop with one person—it becomes a legacy.
She currently lives in Pleasanton, California with her three children and is working on a book related to the early love lessons in childhood and how they inform our adult relationships.
